TOWER
PR–308

PROGRAM
The Phare tower will house trading floors and offices, complemented by dining areas—a cafeteria, a corporate restaurant, a public restaurant, and a VIP area—as well as a sky lobby and a viewing platform. The project also includes a landscaped garden and a 450-space underground parking garage, providing a fully functional complex for both professional and public use.

DESCRIPTION
This duality between the solid, which constitutes the tower’s body, and the airy, which forms its “skin,” creates a unique alliance in the architecture of tall buildings. The pyramidal prism of concrete, a rigid and stable monolith, houses the essential functions and lends rationality and efficiency to the project. Around this mineral core, a glass envelope wraps like a floating garment, filtering sun, wind, and rain, while offering the possibility of opening windows and enjoying panoramic views.
This superimposition of the two skins, black and taut for one, translucent and floating for the other, makes the whole thing sparkle in the Parisian sky, introducing a real break in an otherwise static environment.
