The base, extending from the ground floor to the 5th floor, houses a 16,000 m² hotel, as well as 1,000 m² of retail and office space. Above the base, the three identical towers rise from the 6th to the 25th floor and contain 300 apartments spread over 25,000 m². DESCRIPTION
The building is structured around a five-story base, with a hotel, shops and offices, which serves as a support for three strictly identical residential towers.
At the rear of the site, their facades rise in continuity with the horizontal volume and open onto a park. On the street side, they are set back, giving full rein to the base which accommodates several passageways.
These openings invite visitors to enjoy the sheltered interior gardens. Through its interplay of solids and voids, Vulcano engages with the different scales of the site, creating a dialogue between density and openness, between nature, city, and architecture.
