DESCRIPTION
The luxury resort Jeju Lotte Resort is located on the slopes of Mount Hallasan, a shield volcano and the highest peak in South Korea, situated on Jeju Island near the national park of the same name. The project comprises six villa complexes designed by several renowned architects, including Kengo Kuma, METAA, and Jongho Yi.

The agency is developing one of these projects there: a cluster of eleven private villas. In addition to the residences, the complex also includes a Master House, a Clubhouse, and various amenities and support facilities. The entire development is closely integrated with the site’s natural landscape, opening up to its surroundings and offering privileged views of the Pacific Ocean.
