Building on what is already there by enhancing the landscape and preserving the Saint-Léger castle is the very essence of this conference center project.

The conference center, dug below and around the existing rehabilitated castle, allows the entire built complex to accommodate a 200-seat auditorium and exhibition spaces under the glass roof, as well as 12 meeting rooms in the superstructure.

DESCRIPTION
The new developments and extensions are seamlessly integrated below and around the building, under a glass disc that reflects its image while recreating the natural hollowed-out level.

In perfect complementarity and forming a coherent “whole”, the refurbished castle becomes a functional space housing meeting rooms, accessible via a light footbridge that flies over its moat.
