DESCRIPTION
Overlooking the lake and the botanical gardens, it evokes 19th-century factories. Its light structure barely touches the ground, like a butterfly alighting on a flower. Its sloping wings are clad in a metallic veil, a trellis over which lush foliage unfurls, blending architecture and nature.
A spiral ramp guides visitors along the path, gradually revealing the panorama and leading to a cross-shaped observation deck facing the four cardinal directions. At a height of 20 meters, this elevated vantage point offers a sweeping view of the city, the lake, the mountains, and the gardens arranged in a majestic composition, where the botanical representation of Hangeul calligraphy takes on its full significance against the vastness of the landscape.
