DESCRIPTION
It complements and connects to the three towers already under construction, extending Milan’s skyline while strengthening the district’s urban identity and freeing up ground-level space for parks and gardens. The tower hosts mixed uses: local shops and services, wellness and dining spaces, a hotel and serviced apartments, offices, and residential units. Each apartment benefits from an orientation that offers unobstructed views of the Duomo and the Alps.

The building is wrapped in a double layer of loggias, creating private outdoor spaces and a sustainable buffer between interior and exterior. Designed as an evolving structure, the tower adapts to functional and economic needs, offering flexible and high-performance architecture. With this project, CityLife confirms its ambition to transform the heart of Milan into a vibrant, open, and generous urban landscape.
