The Porsche Design Tower is conceived as a vertical Californian village, integrating parking, a lobby, and a park to blend seamlessly into the landscape. Its panoramic terraces and glass facades recreate the experience of living outdoors, while offering safety and comfort. Technically, it is built on a hybrid post-and-beam structure with terraces made of ultra-high-performance fiber-reinforced concrete, ensuring flexibility, durability, and easy maintenance. Electrochromic glazing allows for intelligent light control. The tower thus combines elegance, comfort, flexibility, and integration into the landscape.
