DESCRIPTION
The Namcheon District project in Busan, South Korea (2025), proposes the transformation of a strategic site into a mixed-use neighborhood combining housing, shops, and public spaces. The development is organized around a network of open spaces, plazas, and gardens, promoting pedestrian traffic and interaction among residents. The architecture favors clear, contemporary volumes designed to engage with the city’s urban and maritime landscape. The project aims to create a vibrant and sustainable urban environment, balancing density, high-quality public spaces, and landscape integration.
