The façade comprises two complementary contrasts: a fully glazed curtain wall, which opens generously to the outside, and a clad wall, which protects and closes off the north façade. The materials chosen are authentic and natural: red “earth” bricks and raw concrete give the building a restrained and welcoming presence, in dialogue with the surrounding neighborhood.
