Four types of landscaped spaces enhance residents’ daily lives: a green urban landscape, facades covered with vertical gardens, convertible terrace-balconies, and rooftop gardens for relaxation or urban farming.
A protective structure envelops the building, ensuring thermal, visual, and acoustic comfort while facilitating the maintenance of the greenery. The Acacias neighborhood combines efficiency, comfort, and sustainability, offering spacious and easy-to-maintain homes while creating a harmonious connection between architecture and nature.
