The Keran group’s headquarters is structured around three complementary entities: a representation hub focused on the outside world, a living hub dedicated to internal and external exchanges, and flexible workspaces, mainly organized in open space.

DESCRIPTION
Located on Rue René Viviani on Île de Nantes, the Keran Group headquarters boasts an architecture that is both representative and collaborative. Designed by Dominique Perrault, the project encompasses approximately 7,000 m² of workspaces, primarily open-plan, fostering communication and cross-functional collaboration between teams.

The building is designed as a hub for life and interaction, open to the outside world and the city, where presentation spaces, meeting places, and flexible work environments coexist. Located on a 4,235 m² site and designed to support the company’s growth, the complex includes the possibility of a future extension of approximately 2,000 m².
