DESCRIPTION
The Eojin-Dong site is distinguished by the imposing presence of the government complex and the poetic beauty of the Sejong landscape, with its rolling mountains, hills, and forests. The project draws inspiration from movement and aims to create a truly new urban landscape, rather than simply a functional, anonymous building.

It aims to serve as a catalyst for the development of a unique neighborhood within the city. The government headquarters consists of a cluster of spectacular buildings, remarkable both for their presence and their architectural form. These hill-like buildings rise from the western slope of the site, while preserving the existing complex’s views of the surrounding landscape.
From the street, they appear as vertical cliffs, shimmering and reflective. Their unique shape and configuration create multiple perspectives, varying depending on the viewing angle. Finally, the concept of a dynamic, kinetic building is accentuated by the suspended structures, which rest on a vertical mirrored facade that reflects and interacts with the surrounding landscape.
