DESCRIPTION
Positioned as a block within the boundaries of the lot, it establishes connections with its immediate surroundings and features active facades on all four sides.
The project aligns with the horizontal character of the plateau’s landscape, echoing existing lines (roads, fields, mountains), in order to preserve the clarity of the geography and avoid any dominant presence. The building rises off the ground, appearing to float a few meters above the terrain, which extends the views across the site and opens up access to gardens at the center of the block.

This suspended architecture creates a new horizontal plane between the Saïss landscape and the built structure, punctuated by concrete colonnades and lush vegetation. The design also emphasizes a low-rise layout, promoting mixed-use development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the interactions necessary for innovation, while meeting accessibility and safety requirements.
