The project’s volumes unfold like a sculptural landscape: built hills anchored to the ground and open to the sky, covered with vegetation and water features that filter the sun, provide shelter from the wind and rain, and create pleasant outdoor spaces.
The contrasting and dynamic facades reinforce the urban character: on the city side, vertical walls protect privacy and block the view of passersby; on the garden side, terraced terraces open onto workspaces and nature. Two courtyards structure the site: a monumental plaza for large events and a more intimate esplanade providing secure access to the auditorium and meeting rooms.
The entire project forms a cohesive archipelago: a hillside neighborhood, adaptable for future expansions and linked by aerial and underground connections, where architecture and landscape interact to create a harmonious and iconic living environment at the heart of the new Starlake.
