DESCRIPTION
Three phases of development for the wooden piers will accommodate a variety of uses: festive and sporting activities near the DC Towers, cultural and recreational activities along the street extending from the United Nations building, and sports facilities for residents and schools. These piers connect the mezzanine (+6), the dock level (+2), and the neighborhood ground level (+10), offering viewing platforms, staircases, and green amphitheaters opening onto the river.

A second promenade runs along the Danube, creating a terraced urban garden that connects the waterfront to the heart of the neighborhood. The project enhances the existing topography, makes the spaces safer, and includes abundant greenery, as well as temporary and permanent installations tailored to the different levels.
The promenades feature restaurants, cafés, shops, exhibitions, events, and sports activities, creating a vibrant and flexible space. Copacagrana thus becomes an integrated park-promenade, connecting the Danube and Donau City while ensuring safety, accessibility, and a diversity of uses.
