DESCRIPTION
The project aims to accommodate all activities related to the automotive industry: circuits and technical areas, a leisure center, specialized shops, and a hotel. Inspired by the nomadic lifestyle, it organizes the site around tent structures, under which modular buildings can be erected according to needs, while maintaining an organization reminiscent of traditional villages, reconciling mobility and spatial hierarchy.

Respecting the existing topography, the project proposes a light and flexible occupation of the land, which, seen from the air, evokes a dune landscape perfectly integrated into the desert. The tents create an “artificial sky,” providing pleasant climatic conditions (temperature, humidity, sunlight) and making the local environment habitable. The diversity of materials—golden metal mesh, luminous mesh with LEDs, and solar panels—creates sloping structures that play with daylight and night, giving the site a unique and dynamic identity.
