DESCRIPTION
Rather than a traditional vertical tower, the project consists of a stack of cantilevered volumes oriented 360° toward the city, creating a strong, iconic silhouette while offering efficient and flexible floor plans. Designed as a vertical extension of the city, the building brings together a wide variety of uses—hotel, offices, gallery, urban agriculture, formal and informal workspaces, a multipurpose hall, restaurants, cafés, and panoramic terraces—promoting mixed-use and a unique urban experience at Citylife.
Built on a compact footprint to free up space for a large landscaped park, the project concentrates infrastructure at ground level and below ground, strengthening the connections between Citylife and the surrounding urban fabric. Standing 120 meters tall, the tower bridges the gap between the city’s scale and the existing skyscrapers. The interior architecture is designed as a monolithic landscape of solid wood, offering a warm and distinctive atmosphere that guides users’ journeys and contrasts with the urban environment.
