DESCRIPTION
This dual urban and landscape approach gives rise to an iconic architecture that translates the idea of a “green island” vertically. Balconies and terraces extend the outdoor experience to every level of the building. The structure is designed as a filter that modulates light and views. Far from being an opaque mass or a barrier, it presents itself as an open and porous architecture. The apparent fragmentation of the volume into four towers creates visual openings that allow light to circulate and lends the whole an impression of lightness, almost weightlessness.
