DESCRIPTION
Inspired by the site’s topography and geological history, the building follows the natural curves of the landscape and transforms the water cascading down from the heights into terraced lakes and small streams leading to the sea. This “grand waterfall,” a gigantic oasis in this arid landscape, constitutes a unique architectural feature, both magical and spectacular, asserting itself within the environment while simultaneously being enveloped by it.

The site also includes individual villas and apartment buildings, as well as a golf course. The villas, arranged over two or three floors, follow the contours of the land, with bay windows, terraces and gardens facing the sea, offering a seamless transition between architecture and natural landscape.
