ARC OF LIGHT – NH114

A series of sculpted, sharp horizontal fins protects the residences from the sun, bathing them in a warm, golden light. Approaching from the east, the tower rises on an artificial green hill, hollowed out at its center by a unique private interior garden. This deep garden brings natural light and comfort to a range of exclusive amenities. Viewed from the south or the north, the Podo Private Residences, Interiors by Fendi Casa tower is conceived as a refined vertical village, a stack of private villas. The tower recreates the conditions of an intimate and secluded home.
Between the slabs, each residence is enveloped by a fully glazed panoramic façade, subtly folded to offer multiple orientations and open each room to several vistas. The horizontal platforms extend beyond the interior spaces, forming a succession of generous terraces that encircle each level. They extend and become more refined until they become a set of golden sunshades, whose design recalls the iconic textile patterns of Fendi Casa.
