Program:   The project envisions the revamp of an office building located at the 96 avenue d'Iéna, 75016 Paris, between the avenues d'Iéna and Marceau, at the corner of la rue de Presbourg. The upper levels of the building (from R+1 to R+6) will accomodate an office activity, the groundfloor will keep the bank's activity of Caixa de Depositos and will welcome the shared lobby of offices and of services areas dedicated to the public as well as premises reserved to park bicycles and access to the technical areas. The garden floor created will host a business center composed of an auditorium, a residence, a cafeteria and co-working spaces. The four underground levels will conserve their status of parking lot and technical facilities.
