This study defines the new masterplan of the Niedergrünewald Sector and the BEI according to the following:
Niedergrünewald Sector:
• study of the general urban plan,
• public space, circulation and urban developement study,
• feasibility study for the construction of low rise buildings and a 120m height building :
- 24 000 m² housing,
- 10 400 m² hotel,
- 7 000 m² office space,
- 4 300 m² commercial use,
- 12 500 m² car park.
BEI sector:
• study of the general urban plan,
• study for the construction of the European Investment Bank's extension :
- 11 600 m² office space,
- 6 000m² conference center.
