The exceptional project of 83 Marceau is located in the direct vicinity of the Arc de Triomphe, where it takes place at the corner of three prestigious Parisian streets: Avenue de Iéna, Rue Presbourg and Avenue Marceau, in the heart of the 16th arrondissement. The aim is to present the transformation of a Parisian building in an iconic location. This 8,375 sq.m. building, built in 1971, was transformed into a modern, upscale office building, including an extension, for a total floor area of 9,138 sq.m.
