The restoration for the AP-HP (Public Assistance-Paris Hospitals) of the Picpus Pavilion at the Rothschild Hospital in Paris will be over this summer. The project’s goal is now accomplished: the transformation of a hospitable building into a professional learning center.
Under
construction for three years, the surface has reach 14 500 m2. Different kinds
of program will take place into the project: a learning center, a multimedia
center, classrooms, auditorium, offices, a restaurant… The
lower floors are dedicated to the school; the higher floors to the
administration, enjoying a wide and adjustable open space.
Since
June 15th, some of the clients have already moved in, one month before the
building reception.
On June 20th, the security commission will be held and will
confirm the public opening.
The
HQE audit (High Environmental Quality) will be at the end of July, i.e. the
control procedures needed for the commissioning of a building.
The
Picpus-Rothschild Campus will be open to students in September.
