The former AP-HP headquarters is undergoing a major architectural renovation in the heart of the capital. As Paris’s first “mission-driven building,” this 27,000-square-meter mixed-use complex combines offices, housing, retail spaces, and public service facilities. The architectural intervention aims to highlight and extend the building’s Haussmann-style features, adapted to meet requirements for functionality, comfort, and environmental performance.
– A new lobby on Avenue Victoria will serve as the main entrance
– Two green terraces will offer views of the Seine and the city
– Green walkways will create oases of tranquility
– A “Chambord”-style wooden staircase will stand out as a central architectural feature
– A panoramic observation deck offering a 360° view of Paris
