The neighborhood’s layout, erased by industrialization, re-emerges as the invisible foundations of this new urban fabric, connecting fragments of the past to future uses. A park-garden, preserving existing trees, runs through the heart of this territory and forms the backbone of this urban landscape by establishing a vast public continuum.
