DESCRIPTION
The aim is to complement and extend the city, integrating housing, offices, facilities, and activities into a mixed and vibrant urban fabric. Nature plays a structuring role: large green spaces and waterways penetrate the city, organizing neighborhoods and complementing railway infrastructure, offering an ecological and landscape-oriented vision.
The undergrounding of the high-speed rail line creates a new strategic center, fostering high-quality densification and economic development in the city center. The urban approach is based on flexibility and collaboration, with workshops bringing together architects, landscape architects, engineers, investors, and residents to co-create the new neighborhoods. It embodies a vision of 21st-century León, where history, quality of life, and economic development combine to create a humane, sustainable city open to all.
