DESCRIPTION
Designed to house the headquarters of Danish public radio and television, this project by Dominique Perrault is part of a large-scale urban planning initiative on a 32,000 m² site in Copenhagen. The 57,500 m² program combines DR’s production and broadcasting spaces with a mixed-use complex including a hotel, offices, shops, and restaurants.

Organized around gardens and public spaces connected to the canal, the project seeks to open the media institution to the city and create a vibrant place where cultural, professional, and urban activities converge. The architecture thus integrates the technical functions of the radio and television station with an accessible and lively urban landscape.
